First time trying their U-shaped pillow and it's been great for my neck and shoulder pain. The Cooltech+ pillowcase is very comfortable to sleep on in air-conditioned rooms.
Surprisingly it contours well with the shoulder. Have good sleep and reduces shoulder ache and numbness after using 1 night. Great
After testing for 3 nights of sleep I'm happy to say that this pillow helps me to sleep better. Last time those foam pillow I've bought I've difficulty getting used to it but for this pillow first night I can already sleep well with it. I'm basically a side sleeper and am trying to get used to sleeping facing up.
