1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. If you would like to pay by cash on delivery (COD), please contact our customer service team.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within Singapore will be shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping will take 7-12 business days.

3. What should I do if I don't receive my order within 3 business days?

If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team so we can check on it for you.

4. Can I get a refund or exchange if the pillow is not suitable for me?

We offer a one-time free firmness exchange within 15 days of receiving your pillow. However, we do not offer refunds.

5. How do I arrange an exchange?

To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for our shipping carrier to pick up your pillow and deliver a replacement Pillow Core.

6. Do you have a showroom?

We do not currently have a showroom, but we are working on opening one soon. We will be sure to announce the opening date once it is finalized.

8. How do I clean my KYLIN U-NECK Pillow?

The Pillow Core of our pillows is made of pure memory foam and has built-in dust mite and antibacterial properties. Therefore, you should only need to wash your pillowcase regularly.

9. Are there any special washing instructions for the pillowcase?

Most of our pillowcases can be washed in the washing machine with a laundry bag. However, there are special washing instructions for our Cooltech+ pillowcase (we will include a washing instructions card with your purchase).
