Kylin premium series mattress is designed with multiple layers, it is mainly categorised as comfort & support layers. The mattress's comfort layer, featuring a variety of quality foams, brings exceptional comfort and relaxation.
Meanwhile, the mattress's support layer, featuring titanium spring and its zoning system offers additional pressure point relief, providing balanced support to each body part.

Cooler pillow-Top
The pillow-top layer features Cooler fabric providing cooling sensation and substantial to the touch. The pillow-top is filling with PU foam and non-woven.
The combination provides a cloud-like comfort feeling when sleeping on it.
High Density PU Foam
A layer of high density foam is used, the main function of this layer foam is to provide a sub-support to improve the feeling of "push-up" support combining the comfort feeling from the other layers.
The Latexco Latex
The latex used is imported from Belgium and it is produced by the patented SonoCore process to improve the latex's softness and comfort level.
The latex is produced in an ergonomic wavy design which improve both the level of comfort and support of the mattress. This layer mainly add on the ultra softness and appropirate level of support to enhance the ergonomic feeling to the body.
Memory Foam
Memory foam is added as part of the mattress pillow-top design to improve the pressure relief of the mattress. Additionally, it also enhance the overall comfort level of the mattress, being part of a main role contributing to the mattress's could-like feeling.
High Density PU Foam
A layer of high density foam is used, the main function of this layer foam is to provide a sub-support to improve the feeling of "push-up" support at the same time improve the comfort feeling from the previous Latexco latex layers.
Titanium Spring & Foam Box
The mattress's base layer is filled with Titanium Alloy Pocket Springs and surrounded by Foam Boxes. The springs are designed in different specification to provide ergonomical balance of support to the body.
Besides, the foam boxes are placed sorrounding of the springs at the sides of the mattress which provides extra protection and durable edge support.
Bottom protection Fabric
Stitch bond fabric is featured to cover at the bottom part of the mattress's spring layers as an extra protection for the mattress's base. This not only improves the appearance but also remains the structure design of the mattress.
